Compaq Presario CQ58 Windows 8 Driver. There are 3 drivers available for bluetooth, 2 of them is atheros driver and another one is broadcom bluetooth driver. Choose base on your specification and for atheros bluetooth user, you can choose your preferable driver version. The last driver is compatible with all operating system.

1) Did you check the troubleshooting report after running the Hardware Troubleshooter? If yes, what exactly does it shows in the report?

2) Did you try installing the latest audio card drivers from the computer manufacturer’s website?

3) With which speaker, do you face this issue? Is it with the external or inbuilt speaker?

4) If this has started recently, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer prior to this issue?

I would also suggest you to run the “Playing Audio” Troubleshooter and check if that helps. Please follow these steps:

Method 1: Run the Playing Audio Troubleshooter

a) Press “Windows Logo” + “W” keys from the keyboard.

b) Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press “Enter”.

c) In the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View All” on the left pane.

d) Click on “Playing Audio”.

e) Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.

f) Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Check the troubleshooting report and share the details with us. You may also try the suggestions given by the troubleshooter and check if that resolves the issue. If that doesn’t help, then try the next method.
